Refund policy
At MarineGlow Studio, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Unused or only lightly used
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- No obvious signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Non-defective items
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Digital/downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Any item returned in damaged or heavily used condition
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or replacement, please contact us before returning the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team first.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns or exchanges.
Return shipping fees are charged based on the actual shipping cost.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, MarineGlow Studio will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, including PayPal or credit card payments.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Lost or Damaged Return Packages
If your return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and also notify us as soon as possible.
We may request:
- Tracking information
- Shipping receipt
- Photos of damaged packaging or items
We will work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Partial Returns
Partial returns are accepted for eligible orders. Refunds will only apply to the returned item(s).
