Shipping policy

At MarineGlow Studio, we carefully prepare and pack each ocean glass piece before shipment to make sure it arrives safely and in good condition. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate estimates.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, MarineGlow Studio only ships within the United States.

We currently do not accept or ship international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimated only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Orders between $0–$79.99 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.
  • No additional handling or hidden fees will be added at checkout.

Carriers & Order Tracking

We currently ship orders through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address automatically. Customers can also check shipment updates through their account order history when available.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to locations outside the United States.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to international destinations, overseas territories, or freight forwarding addresses that cannot be verified.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or supply chain issues.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, our team will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or arrives with serious shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can assist with a resolution.

Local Pickup & Additional Delivery Services

MarineGlow Studio does not currently offer in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or local delivery services.

All eligible orders are shipped directly through our shipping partners.
